Constitutional and Human Rights

In a culture increasingly marked by the belief that each person has their own ’truth’, certain legal guideposts remain definitive for Canadians, namely, the Constitution and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. But the consistent interpretation, objective understanding, and proper scope of those defining principles, rights, and freedoms cannot be taken for granted. They require monitoring and vigorous advocacy. That is my passion as a lawyer and a Canadian – for all of us.
